DIRECTIONS
Gather supplies.
Cut and fold tissue paper like an accordion.
Cut the floral wire and wrap it around the center of the paper.
Cut the ends round to mimic petals.
Spread out the paper and separate each layer.
Wrap the folded floral wire through the center of the flower and twist together to create the stem.
