TO CREATE THIS PAMPAS GRASS TREE, YOU WILL NEED

floral foam cone
scissors
fairy lights
string
hot glue gun
DIRECTIONS
Gather supplies.
Trim the pampas grass to the desired length.
Stick the pampas grass into the foam cone, working from the bottom to the top.
